Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15, 1961) was an American actress. Angela Evelyn Bassett is an American actor. Bassett is originally from New York New York. Her home was Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bassett as well as her younger sister aged five, old, moved away from the city of their birth to St. Petersburg to live with their mother, who was the divorced father. In high school, Bassett watched John Steinbeck's drama Of Mice and Men starring James Earl Jones and decided she would like to be an actor. Yale University New Haven Connecticut gave her a bachelor's degree (1980) which was in African American study, and a graduate degree (1983) at the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance met her at Yale In 1997, they were married. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies, 1980. Master of Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett plays Ramonda as one of the major roles in action adventure film i.e. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022).
